Return Policy

You can initiate a return within 45 days of purchasing your order.

A 25% restocking fee applies unless:

  • The item is defective or stops working within the return window
  • The item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item, model, or color
  • The item is not as described
  • You never received it due to carrier issues (depending on policy)

Return costs are completely free. We will provide a QR code to complete your return—no postage or packaging costs are required.

Important: Your order is not officially returned until FedEx tracking shows "Delivered".

Return Tracking & Processing

All returns come with a FedEx tracking number. You can check the status at FedEx.com.

Return inspections can take up to 7 business days depending on order volumes.

You will be notified via email regarding your return approval.

We reserve the right to reject or deny a return.

We do not accept returns for orders under $20.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free and can take up to 5 business days to process. A separate tracking number will be provided.

Refunds

For defective, incorrect, or broken products, a return must be submitted and delivered before a refund is issued.

Refunds for these items may take up to 21 business days, though they may arrive sooner.

Standard refunds take 10–14 business days to reflect back to the original payment method.

We can only issue refunds to the original payment method. In some cases, a store credit or Applerok Gift Card may be provided.

Customers have a 30-minute window to cancel their order for a full refund immediately after placing it.

Shipping Information

We ship via a third-party courier. While we aim to deliver your package on time, we cannot control for delays.
